Zone 9 Creations, LLC was established in 2011, is owned by Courtney Lazanis and is operated by her and her team. As a Florida native with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Environmental Horticulture, Courtney brings both regional expertise and refined horticultural knowledge to every landscape. Her approach blends thoughtful design, plant science, and concierge-level care to create outdoor spaces that feel intentional and balanced. She is also state licensed in Landscape Maintenance & Urban Fertilizer Application and is certified in the Green Industry's Best Management Practices.

Zone 9 Creations was developed to offer a change of pace to the typical "mow & blow" services. Instead, our approach is hands-on and highly intentional combining landscape design expertise with professional horticultural care. With deep knowledge of Florida plants, trees, and landscape materials, we manage every detail with precision. The result is a concierge-level experience and an outdoor space that reflects the same level of care as the home it surrounds. Not only do we plan and execute well-thought landscape designs, we also install them and provide ongoing garden maintenance plans once the work is complete — a true turnkey experience.
